The Benefits of Purchasing Through Contracts

At Playcraft Systems, we understand that agencies need to procure products and services as quickly and economically as possible, without sacrificing quality. That is why we offer a variety of national purchasing contracts at your disposal. These contracts satisfy all bidding requirements, allowing you to skip the burden of the bid process. Instead, simply register your company with the national purchasing cooperative, find something that you like in the Playcraft Systems catalog, and place your order. It is as simple as that!

How Purchasing Cooperatives Work

Purchasing cooperatives allow the buyer to bypass the bid process completely. This is done by the national purchasing agency bidding the cooperative contract competitively with a strict procedure of requirements. Vendors compete on this bid and a selected quantity of awardees are chosen based upon meeting all requirements. This bid process allows the end customer to receive the best deal on the products or services stated within the contract. All that is required by the purchaser is to be registered with that national purchasing agency, which can easily be done by visiting their website and filling out the required fields on their registration form.
