RV 21000 - Revolution Post Top Cap The Revolution Post Top Cap sall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Revolution Post Top Cap will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 12411 - Twist Net Climber RV The 16-Link galvanized Chain shall be 5/0 galvanized low-carbon steel chain with silver shield finish. The Post Anchor Bracket RV shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick stainless steel plate with welded 3/16" thick steel anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Twist Net Rope Climber shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength co-polymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. RV 10000 - Revolution Post The Revolution Core Post shall be made from 3.500" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing. The Revolution Bottom Cap shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Revolution Bottom Cap will be Powder Coated as specified. The Revolution Mounting Sleeve shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Hole Plug shall be precision molded nylon for durability, holding stength and snug installation. RV 1961 - Tri-Pad The Tri-Pad shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Step Pad Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate. The Step Pad Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 1405 - S-Shaped Horizontal Ladder RV The S-Shaped Horizontal Ladder RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs, 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets and stainless steel housings. The S-Shaped Horizontal Ladder RV shall have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Event Hanger Caps shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. RV 1404 - Access Ladder RV The Access Ladder RV shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles, rungs,and 1/4" thick steel mounting bracket nad will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 1285 - Angled Terra Climber RV The Angled Panel Climber Frame RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting bracket and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Angled Terra Climber Panel & Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" thick hot extruded ployethylene sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Grips shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. RV 1269 - Twist Link RV The Twist Link shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets. The Twist Link will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 2400 - Balance Beam Lightning The Balance Beam Top Rail shall be fabricated from 3" x 1-1/2" rectangular steel tubing with carriage bolts surface welded six places. The Balance Beam Top Rail shall be Play- Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel with 3/16" steel mounting flanges. The Legs will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 2272 - Boulder Stack The Boulder Stack Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with a welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Boulder Stack Bottom Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Geo Wave Vent Plug shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Rock Spacer shall be made from high density 1" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Top, Mid & Base Rock shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". 1295 1296 - Craze Maze Climber The Craze Component & Handle shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". 1205 - Access Ramp Border Timbers and Connectors The Ramp Wheelchair Halves Black, The Border Timber Connector (Ramp) and The Border Timber 4' L Black shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4".
