The UltraZip Seat shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The UltraZip Seat Rope shall be made from 24mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The UltraZip Seat Ferrule and Swivel Pin shall be machined from stainless steel. 1445 - UltraZip The UltraZip End Beam shall be extruded from a high strength aluminum alloy with a welded machined aluminum pin. The UltraZip Straight Beam shall be extruded from a high strength aluminum alloy. The UltraZip Coupler shall be precision cut and welded 1/2" thick steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The UltraZip End Hanger shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge support, 3/16" thick steel clevis, 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets and 1/2" thick steel tie plate and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The UltraZip Junction Hanger shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge support, 3/16" thick steel clevis, 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets and 1/2" thick steel plate and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The UltraZip End Cap shall be fabricated from 3/8" steel and will have multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The UltraZip Deck shall be fabricated using punched, formed, and welded 12 gauge sheet steel. The UltraZip Deck shall be Play-Tuff coated after fabrication. The UltraZip Deck Legs shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting plate and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Split Collar Half shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick HR steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The UltraZip Beam Pin shall be fabricated using AISI 1045 cold drawn steel. The Hanger Pin shall be fabricated using AISI 303 stainless steel. The UltraZip Ramp shall be fabricated using punched, formed, and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and 2.875" O.D. sch. 40 pipe and shall be Play-Tuff coated after fabrication. The Grip Ramp Bracket shall be fabricated using precision cut and welded 1/4" thick steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Grip Ramp Foot shall be fabricated using precision cut 1/4" thick steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The UltraZip End Cap Bumper shall be fabricated using PN 579108 D-Shaped, O-Bore Bumper. PC-2496 - Inclusive Merry-Go-Round The Merry-Go-Round Spindle Cap shall be made from precision cut 1/2" thick steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Merry-Go-Round Handle & Seat shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Merry-Go-Round Deck, Bottom Cover, & Shroud shall be fabricated using punched and welded 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication.The Merry-Go-Round Top Cover, Spacers, & Bottom Cover shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Merry-Go-Round Bracket shall be fabricated using welded 3/8" thick steel plates and will be Powder Coated as specified.The Merry-Go-Round Top Center Post shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 7 gauge steel tubing and 1/4" thick steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Merry-Go-Round Bottom Center Post shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 7 gauge steel tubing with a machined 2.5" O.D. steel spindle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Speed Limiter Arm shall be fabricated using 1-1/4" square 16 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/8" thick steel plug and 3/16" thick steel clevis and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Speed Limiter Base shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick steel plate with welded 3/16" thick steel tabs and welded 3/8" thick steel ring blocks and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spinner Bearing Housing shall be machined using 5" O.D. 1/2" wall with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R5 Dome shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. PC-2488 - Tidal Wave The Tidal Wave Seat Middle and End shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Tidal Wave Frame Sections Middle and Ends Shall be punched and formed from 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff (TM) coated after fabrication. The Tidal Wave Center Leg shall be fabricated from 3" x .25" Wall Square Tubing Leg, a 1/4" HR Sheet Steel Tidal Wave Center Post Base, 10 gauge HR Sheet Steel Tidal Wave Center Leg Gussets, a 10 gauge HR Sheet Steel Torsion Spring Shroud 120 and a 3.5" x .1875" Wall Square Tubing Housing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tidal Wave End Leg shall be fabricated from 3" x .25" Wall Square Tubing Leg, a 3.5" x .1875" Wall Square Tubing Housing, a 10 gauge HR Sheet Steel Torsion Spring Shroud 200, 1/8" HR Strip Steel Tidal Wave End Leg Caps and a Steel Tidal Wave End Pivot Axle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Torsion Spring Mount shall be bent and formed from 1/4" HR Sheet Steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tidal Wave End Pivot Base Weldment shall be made of punched and formed 1/4" HR Sheet Steel and a Steel Tidal Wave Pivot Bearing Sleeve and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tidal Wave End Post Base Plates shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" HR Sheet Steel. The Tidal Wave End Post Base Plates will be Powder Coated as specified. The Torsion Spring Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. PC 2478 - Spin Max Pod The Spin Max Pod Cap shall be formed from clear 3/16" poly-carbonate. The Spin Max Bearing House shall be fabricated from a machined 5" O.D. steel tubing with a 1/2" wall welded to a 3/8" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spin Max Pod Leg shall be fabricated from a 5" O.D. 7 gauge steel post with welded 3/8" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spin Max Pod Half shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250".
