HDPE PARTS (ALL): Shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. PANEL PAL ROTO FRAME: Shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". PANEL PAL MIRROR STEEL: Shall be fabricated using 16 ga. 304 #8 HPSS. HARDWARE: Shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion. R5 16461 - Ship Assembly The Anchor Inserts shall be precision cut from 14 gauge stainless steel. The Driver Wheel Casting Spindle shall machined from 1" stainless steel. The Panel Cannon shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Dock Panels,Ship Panels & Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Ship Jib Frame shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge stand offs, 10 gauge steel end plate, 3/16" thick steel pipe plugs and 3/8" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ship Wheelhouse Bracket shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spring Rider Bracket shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Square Corner Bracket shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Treasure Chest Top & Side Plates shall be precision cut and from 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Twister Sit Down Side Guard shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Vertical Rock Climber Handle shall be fabricated using 1.315 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Wheel Hub shall be machined from 3-3/4" Dia. high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Dome Post Cap R3.5 shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lug shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1676 SAIL - Ship Sail R5 The Viking Ship Sail Frame shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 11 gauge steel rails, 10 gauge sheet steel tabs and 1/4" thick steel collar bracket and split collar halves and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Viking Ship Sail shall be fabricated using punched 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Split Collar Half R5 shall be precision cut and formed 1/4" thick steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5-1601 - Panel Type 1 (Rotomold) The Roto Panel shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Panel Roto Pipe shall be fabricated using Ø1.315 12ga steel tubing. The Roto Panel Bracket shall be fabricated using 10ga sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. The Half Wall may also have welded mounting tabs and/or plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1303 - Slide Sit Down Hood The Slide Sit Down Hood shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Sit Down Hood Top Rail shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Sit Down Hood guard Single shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1223 - Spiral Climber The Spiral Climber R5 shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel coil, 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel stand-offs and 3/16" thick steel mounting tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 12461 - Cargo Net Climber The 16-Link Galvanized Chain shall be 5/0 galvanized low-carbon steel chain with silver shield finish. The Angled Net Link Deck Connector shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick steel plate with welded 3/16" thick steel anchors and will be Powder Coated as specified. The cargo Climber Net shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. 1962 - Play Seat The Play Seat shall be punched and formed from 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1820 - Flag on Post Assembly The Flag shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and shall have a powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and shall have a powder coat finish. 1812 - Driver Wheel to Post The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Wheel Hub shall be machined from 3-3/4" Dia. high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Steering Wheel to Post Bracket shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" thick rolled sheet steel with welded 1.660" 11 gauge steel tubing and 1" Dia. machined stainless steel spindle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Split Collar Half shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" thick rolled sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1704 - Poly Wave Slide The Poly Wave Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1310 - Transition Wall The Transition Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 guage steel tubing, welded 1.029" O.D. 14 guage vertical rails and handles and 1/2" thick steel tabs and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. 1220 - Centipede Climber The Centipede Climber shall have a center support constructed of 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge Tube Steel with 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge Tube Steel stepping/gripping loops welded on and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1105 - Half Deck Assembly The Half Deck shall be fabricated using punched, formed, and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1103 - Half Hex Deck 5 Post Assembly The Half Hex Deck 5 Post shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
