PC 1804 - Basketball Hoop 
 	The Adjustable Basketball Arm shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 4.5" O.D. 7 gauge steel tubing, 1/4" plate, and 1/2" weld nuts and shall have a powder coat finish. The Basketball Post shall be fabricated using 4.5" O.D. 7 gauge steel tubing and shall have a powder coat finish.
