HARDWARE: Shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion. PC 131410 - Inclusive Swing Seat Assembly Inclusive Swing Seat & Harness shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Pivot Cap, Pivot Spacer, Latch Cap, Latch Housing, Latch Handle, Latch, Latch Spacer, Vent Plug shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. PC 4221 - Pedestal Picnic Table The Pedestal Seat Frame Mount shall be fabricated using 1.5" x 3" x 0.120" steel tubing with welded 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel Mounting Rail, 12 gauge sheet steel End Cap, 1/4" thick steel Mounting Plate, and 10 gauge sheet steel Support Brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Pedestal Table shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 14 gauge sheet steel. The Pedestal Table shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Pedestal hardware Pin shall be machined from stainless steel round bar. The Picnic Table Pedestal shall be fabricated using 4" x 0.25" square steel tubing with welded 2.375" O.D.11 gauge steel supports,10 gauge sheet steel Support Brackets, and 12 gauge steel End Cap and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Table Seat shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The 3/8" x 2" S Plate shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" HR sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 2487 - Roller Table The Roller table Arch shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel rails and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Roller Table Center Footing Support shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel plugs and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Roller Table Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Roller table Legs Long shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Roller Table Landing shall be fabricated using punched, formed, and welded 12 gauge sheet steel tread and gusset with a welded 2.875" O.D. 11 gauge steel tube and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Roller Table Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Slide Roller shall be made from high viscosity polycarbonate. The Roller Table Side Frame shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel horizontal bar, 1/4" thick steel brackets, and a 3/16" thick steel plate and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Roller Table Axle shall be cut from 5/8" stainless steel rod. PC 2120 - Arch Swing Assembly R5 The Swing Arch & Swing Beam shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Arch Swing Casting and Arch Swing Washer shall be cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Swing Chain shall be 7 mm (1/4") PC Grade 30 chain with a silver shield cold galvanized finish. The Swing Seats shall be molded from a UV-stabilized flexible rubber compound with slash-proof, reinforced metal inserts.
