1627 - Abacus Panel The Abacus Panel R35, Abacus Panel Retainer, & Abacus Panel Bead shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The R35 Panel Bracket shall be fabricated using 3/16" sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Activity Panel Tube 28.5" shall be fabricated using 0.75" galvanized EMT 18 ga. steel tubing and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Lugs & Socket Clamps shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 12371 CST - CASTLE WALL CLIMBER R5 The Castle Climber Wall, Access & Steps shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Castle Crenel shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Roto Panel Lug shall be machined from high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Vertical Rock Climber Handle shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1676 - Viking Ship Panel Assembly The Viking Panels, Trim, Shields, and Guards shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Viking Ship Sail Frame shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge sheet steel tabs and reinforced split Collar halves. The Viking Sail Frame will be Powder Coated as specified. The Viking Ship Sail shall be fabricated using 14 gauge punched sheet steel. The Viking Ship Sail will be Powder Coated as specified. The Sit Down Handle Single shall be fabricated of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plates. The Sit Down Panel Handle Single will be Powder Coated as specified. The Brackets and Tabs shall be precision laser cut using 3/16" thick sheet steel. The Brackets and Tabs will be Powder Coated as specified. The Split Collar Half shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" thick rolled sheet steel. The Split Collar Half will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lug and Inserts shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Lugs and Inserts will be Powder Coated as specified. R5-1601 - Panel Type 1 (Rotomold) The Roto Panel shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Panel Roto Pipe shall be fabricated using Ø1.315 12ga steel tubing. The Roto Panel Bracket shall be fabricated using 10ga sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1303 - Slide Sit Down Hood The Slide Sit Down Hood shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Sit Down Hood Top Rail shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Sit Down Hood guard Single shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 1704 - Poly Wave Slide The Poly Wave Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
