PC-1906 - Thunder Wedge 
 	The Thunder Dome Wall shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Thunder Wedge Step shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Thunder Wedge Net Frame, Thunder Wedge Window & Insert Frame shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs, 3/16" thick sheet steel and ASAI 304 stainless steel anchors and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Thunder Wedge Net shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The Thunder Wedge Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing, 3/16" sheet steel and 1/4" sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Thunder Dome Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Cargo Net Surface Mount Bracket shall be fabricated using 1/4" sheet steel plate with a 3/16" stainless steel clevis and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Chain shall be fabricated from 5/0 galvanized steel chain with silver shield finish.

1630 - Hour Glass Panel 
 	The Pin Ball Panel Mounting Ring, Hour Glass Rotator, & Pin Ball Clamping Rings shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Hourglass Window shall be made from .118 thick polycarbonate sheet plastic.

PC-2495 - Merry-Go-Round 
 	The Merry-Go-Round Center Post shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 7 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Merry-Go-Round Deck Base shall be fabricated using 2" square .120" thick wall Steel tubing with welded 5" O.D. 7 gauge steel hub, 5" O.D. 1/2" thick wall steel hub mount, and machined steel spindle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Merry-Go-Round Dividers shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Merry-Go-Round Post Support shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 7 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/8" thick steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Merry-Go-Round Deck Plate shall be fabricated using punched 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Merry-Go-Round Shroud shall be fabricated using punched and welded 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Merry-Go-Round Skirt shall be fabricated using 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Merry-Go-Round shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Speed Limiter Arm shall be fabricated using 1-1/4" square 16 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/8" thick steel plug and 3/16" thick steel clevis and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Speed Limiter Base shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick steel plate with welded 3/16" thick steel tabs and 3/8" thick steel ring blocks and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spinner Bearing Housing Weldment shall be machined using 5" O.D. 1/2" wall with welded 3/8" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R5 Dome shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified.
