JUMBO ROPE MOUNT BRACKET: Shall be fabricated using cut and welded 1/2" and 1/4" sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. INCLINED JUMBO ROPE: Shall be made from 140mm polyproppylene rope w/steel core, stainless steel bands, buckles and cable thimble and aluminum crimp sleeves. INCLINED JUMBO ROPE 24" NET: Shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. MOUNTING BLOCKS: Shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. HARDWARE: Shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion. 12401 - Thunder Climber The Thunder Dome Wall shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Thunder Dome Frames shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 3/16" thick steel frame plates and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Thunder Climber Side shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing, 3/16" thick sheet steel clevis plate and 1/4" thick steel clevises and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Thunder Climber Deck Link shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with a 3/16" thick sheet steel bracket and stainless steel clevises and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Thunder Dome Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Thunder Climber Leg - Surface Mount shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with a 1/4" sheet steel plate and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Cargo Net Surface Mount Bracket shall be fabricated using 1/4" sheet steel plate with a 3/16" stainless steel clevis and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Nets shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The Chain shall be fabricated from 7mm galvanized steel chain. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1981 - Sensory Wall The Sensory Wall Leg shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 5/8" O.D. steel anchor and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Sensory Wall Leg - Surface Mount shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel plate and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Sensory Ramp Inserts shall be precision cut from 12 gauge sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Sensory Wall shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 12 gauge and 1/4" thick steel tabs and flanges and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1685-RND - Mosaic Panel Round The Mosaic Panel Round and Retainer shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Mosaic Blocks shall be made from injection molded plastic. The Activity Panel Tube shall be fabricated from 0.924" O.D. galvanized steel tubing. 1690-ORCL - Small Oracle Panel The Small Oracle Panel, Arrow, Inner & Outer Hubs shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1690-BBL - Small Bubble Panel The Small Bubble Panel Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Small Bubble Panel shall be made from polycarbonate. 1690-3ROW - Small 3-in-a-Row Panel The Panel, Slider, & Stop shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1630 - Hour Glass Panel The Pin Ball Panel Mounting Ring, Hour Glass Rotator, & Pin Ball Clamping Rings shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Hourglass Window shall be made from .118 thick polycarbonate sheet plastic. 1948 - Surf Rider The Surf Rider Deck shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250" and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Surf Rider Support shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel split collars, and 3/16" thick steel anchors and pipe plug and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Surf Rider Chain shall be 7mm (1/4") PC Grade 30 chain with a silver shield cold galvanized finish. The Split Collar Half shall be precision laser-cut from 1/4" thick rolled sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1847 - Tree Top Roto R5 The Tree Top Roto R5 shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". R5 1654 - Panel Door ROTO The Panel Door Roto shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5-1601 - Panel Type 1 (Rotomold) The Roto Panel shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Panel Roto Pipe shall be fabricated using Ø1.315 12ga steel tubing. The Roto Panel Bracket shall be fabricated using 10ga sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1535 - Crawl-Netix Climber R5 The Crawl-Netix Flange Stiffeners shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Crawl-Netix Net Plate shall be cut from 1/4" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Crawl-Netix Net shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength co-polymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum and clevises. The Crawl-Netix Rail shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tube Elbow shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Tube Support Plate shall be cut from 1/4" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roto Panel Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick bracket, and a 1/4" thick steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roto Round Panel shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. The Half Wall may also have welded mounting tabs and/or plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 2918 - Conifer Climber The Tree Root Leg shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel plate and 5/8" round bar and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roto Tree Climb Handle, Limb Stump, Straight, & Top shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". PC 2272 - Boulder Stack The Boulder Stack Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with a welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Boulder Stack Bottom Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Geo Wave Vent Plug shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Rock Spacer shall be made from high density 1" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Top, Mid & Base Rock shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". 1962 - Play Seat The Play Seat shall be punched and formed from 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1961 R - Rock Step The Rock Step shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Rock Step Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1702 - Double Slide The Double Slide Spacer shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet Steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Double Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Double Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" plate steel with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded onto a 3/16" steel plate with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1414 - Lily Pad Step-Up The Lily Pad No Hole shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Lily Pad Step Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Lily Pad Step-Up Handrail shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1233 - Disc Climber The Disc Climber Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV protection and color retention. The Disc Climber Disc shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Climber Post shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R3.5 Dome shall be precision die cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1122 - Double Slide Deck Extension The Double Sit Down Extension Wall shall be fabricated using 1.315 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029 O.D. 14 gauge steel guard rails, slide insert, and 1/4" thick steel clevises and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tri-Deck Extension shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Double Slide Spacer shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1102 - Tri Deck Assembly The Tri Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication.
