The Roto Panel Leg RV shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel mounting bracket and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Round Roto Panel RV shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". RV 12592 - Split Lunar Climber RV The Post Offset Tab Bracket shall be fabricated using precision cut and formed 1/4" thick stainless steel with welded 3/8" thick steel tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Split Lunar Climber Post shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/8" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Split Lunar Climber Panel, Wings, trim & Event Hanger Caps shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. RV 12013 - Arch Slide RV The Arch Slide Entry Hood shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. steel guard rails, 12 gauge steel brackets and 1/4" thick steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Arch Slide Frame 48" RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge rails, 1/4" thick steel tabs, flanges and 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Arch Slide Landing shall be fabricated from punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and gussets and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Arch Slide Panels & Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Spring Rider Bracket shall be precision laser-cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. RV-1971 - Rumble Deck RV The Multi-Spring Deck Mounting Plate shall be precision cut using 1/4" thick plate steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Playground Event Spring shall be 5-3/4" O.D. with a free height of 14" and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Rope Clevis shall be fabricated using precision cut and formed 3/16" thick plate steel. The Rumble Deck Frame shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Play-Tuff™ coated after fabrication. The Rumble Deck Rope shall be made from 16mm steel reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The Event Spring Retainer shall be fabricated using precision cut and formed 1/8" thick plate steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Tri Spring Deck shall be fabricated using punched and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Play-Tuff™ coated after fabrication. RV 1959 - Tri Ring Hub RV The Tri-Ring Hub Rail RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge hand rails and 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tri-Ring Hub Rail with Mounts RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge hand rails, 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets, and stainless steel pins and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Tab Bracket RV shall be fabricated from 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting bracket with welded 3/8" thick steel tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tri-Ring shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250", and .375" thick molded in aluminum mounting plates. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1500 2 - 2 Section Crawl Tube Tube Sections and Crawl Tube Panel shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". PC-1600 - Tilt Maze Game The Maze Table shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Maze Bubble shall be made of Thermoformed 3/16" Clear Polycarbonate. The Mount-Bolt Thru shall have an unthreaded zinc-plated steel insert running through the center that enables the mount to handle both vertical and horizontal loads. The Mount-Bolt Thru is made of black oil and ozone-resistant neoprene. The Polycarbonate Washer shall be fabricated using .118" thick Polycarbonate. The Rubber 3-Ply Washer shall be fabricated using heavy duty black Rubber 3-Ply Belting. The 5/8" White Nylon Ball shall be opaque and off-white in color. The Ball shall have a diameter of .625" and be made of Nylon 6/6. The tilt Maze Game Support shall be made of 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge tube steel and (2) 1/4" plates for mounting to Maze Table. The Spindle shall be machined from Ø 1" stainless steel.
