The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1406 - Horizontal Ladder The Horizontal Ladder shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and extensions and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1328 - Curved Wall The Curved Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge welded vertical rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Curved Wall with Wheel Mount Plate shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge welded vertical rails. A .188" thick mounting plate shall be welded to the vertical rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1310 - Transition Wall The Transition Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 guage steel tubing, welded 1.029" O.D. 14 guage vertical rails and handles and 1/2" thick steel tabs and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. 1289 - Cliffhanger Climber The Cliffhanger Climber shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/2" thick steel tabs and 3/8" thick steel tabs and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Cliffhanger Climber Handrail shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel handle and 3/8" thick steel tabs and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Cliffhanger Climber Wall shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel rails, 1/4" thick steel mounting clevises, 1/4" thick steel tabs, and 1/2" thick steel tab and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Promenade Deck shall be fabricated using punched, formed, and welded 12 gauge sheet. The Promenade Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Socket Clamps & Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1261 - Ebb & Flow Climber The Ebb & Flow Climber Frame, and Platform Rail shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" and 3/16" thick steel clevises and 1.900" steel mount plugs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ebb & Flow Anchor Brackets shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick stainless steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ebb & Flow Horizontal Strut shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel clevises and 1.900" steel mount plug pins and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ebb & Flow Deck Plate shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick steel plating with welded 3/16" thick steel clevises and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ebb & Flow Nets shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connecters and machined aluminum ferrules. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1249-DDH/DGH - GEO-WAVE CLIMBER HORIZONTAL The Geo-Wave Climber shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear low-density polyethylene with an average double wall thickness of .250". The Geo-Wave Deck Mount Bracket shall be formed from 1/4" thick sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Geo-Wave Climber Leg shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 Gauge steel tubing with formed 1/4" thick end tab and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coating. The Deck Filler shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1248 - Poly Climb Wall The Poly Climb Wall Frame shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge sheet steel cross brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Poly Climb Wall shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Grip Ramp Bracket shall be two part laser-cut and welded from 1/4" thick steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ramp Grip shall be one piece and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and comes in 2-hole and 3-hole styles and is finished with a vinyl coating. 1233 - Disc Climber The Disc Climber Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV protection and color retention. The Disc Climber Disc shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Climber Post shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R3.5 Dome shall be precision die cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1218 - Arch Climber The Arch Climber shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing outer rails welded to 1/4" thick steel plates and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing rungs and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1122 - Double Slide Deck Extension The Double Sit Down Extension Wall shall be fabricated using 1.315 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029 O.D. 14 gauge steel guard rails, slide insert, and 1/4" thick steel clevises and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tri-Deck Extension shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Double Slide Spacer shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention.
