Shall be fabricated using 1.315 and 1.029 OD tube steel, with 3/8", 1/4" and 12ga sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. NFUSE SINGLE SLIDE - TOP RAIL. Shall be fabricated using 1.315 OD tube steel, with 3/8" and 3/16" sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. The NFuse Hex Net Extension - Net shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The Socket Clamp Rope Clevis shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" stainless steel. The Mounting Inserts shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks & Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. PC 2015 - Disc Swing The Disc Swing Arch shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3.5" O.D. X 2.75" I.D. steel Couplers and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Disc Swing Beam shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge cross members and 1/2" thick steel plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Disc Swing Leg shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Disc Swing Seat shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Swing Seat Bumper shall be constructed of rotationally molded vinyl with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Swing Swivel Plate & Swivel Plate Spacer shall be precision cut from 3/8" thick stainless steel. The Disc Swing Chain shall be 7 mm (1/4") PC Grade 30 chain with a silver shield cold galvanized finish. The Arch Swing Casting & Washer shall be cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roto Ferrule Plug shall be machined from high strength aluminum. The Roto Ferrule Chain Tab, Swing Shaft & Disc Swing Hanger shall be machined from stainless steel.
