The Revolution Mounting Sleeve shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Hole Plug shall be precision molded nylon for durability, holding stength and snug installation. The Panel Roto Pipe shall be fabricated using Ø1.315 12ga steel tubing. The Roto Panel Bracket shall be fabricated using 10ga sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. R5 1306 - Double Sit Down Slide Hood The Double Sit Down Slide Hood shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Sit Down Slide Hood Top Rail shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Sit Down hood Bar shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1234 - Spiral Step Climber R5 The Spiral Step Climber shall be fabricated from 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing handles, tread supports, and 1/4" thick steel plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spiral Step Climber Tread shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 18027 18028 - Shade Sail Canopy The Canopy Hub shall be 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel post with 1/4" and 3/8" thick steel mounting tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Canopy Tensioner shall be 2" O.D. 11 gauge stainless steel tube, 1/4" thick stainless steel plate, 3/16" steel plugs, and hardware. The Canopy Rafter shall be 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel beams and supports, 1/4" and 1/2" steel mounting tabs, and a 3/16" steel plug and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Upper and Lower Sails shall be UV & mildew resistant woven acrylic fabric, folded and stitched for strength and to accommodate steel cable. 1937 - Crunch Handle The Crunch Handle R5 shall be fabricated using 1.315 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with a welded 0.625" H.R. round bar crossbar and will be powder coated as specified. The Crunch Handle R35 shall be made from high density 1" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Crunch Handle RV shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with a welded 0.625" H.R. round bar crossbar and 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting bracket and will be powder coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be powder coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be powder coated as specified." 1702 - Double Slide The Double Slide Spacer shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet Steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Double Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Double Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" plate steel with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded onto a 3/16" steel plate with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1310 - Transition Wall The Transition Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 guage steel tubing, welded 1.029" O.D. 14 guage vertical rails and handles and 1/2" thick steel tabs and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. The Matrix Rope Net Beam RH5 & RH3.5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and split collars, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as pecified. The Matrix Rope Net Beam R5 & R3.5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel split collars, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Matrix Rope Net shall be made from 16mm teel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection onnectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The Post Anchor Bracket RV shall be fabricated using a 1/4" thick steel mounting bracket with welded 3/16" thick steel anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Anchor Bracket R5 & R3.5 shall be fabricated using a 1/4" thick steel split collar with welded 3/16" thick steel anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1219 - Deep Rung Arch Climber The Arch Climber Deep Rung shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing outer rails welded to 1/4" thick steel plates and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing rungs and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1103 - Half Hex Deck 5 Post Assembly The Half Hex Deck 5 Post shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication.
