The Sensory Wall Leg - Surface Mount shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel plate and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Sensory Ramp Inserts shall be precision cut from 12 gauge sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Sensory Wall shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 12 gauge and 1/4" thick steel tabs and flanges and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1690-CLR - Small Color Wheel The Small Color Wheel Front and Back Panels, Inner and Outer Hubs, and Color Chips shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1690-HYP - Small Hypno Station Panel The Small Hypno Station Axle, Holder, Handle, & Rotator shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1690-TTT - Small Tic-Tac-Toe Panel The Small Tic-Tac-Toe Panel, Small Tic-Tac-Toe Trim, & Tic-Tac-Toe Piece shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1631 - Pin Ball Panel The Pinball Panel Mounting Ring, Rotator, Clamping Rings, & Deflectors shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Pinball Panel Window shall be made from .118 Polycarbonate sheet plastic. 1612 - Alphabet Maze Panel The Alphabet Maze Panel Round shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. PC 3184 - Deluxe Toddler Adventure Center The Cleats, Corners, Discs, Flowers, Frames, Hammers, Mailbox, Panels, Ramp, Seats, Shelf, Slides, Sliders, Supports, Table, and Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Toddler bridge, Deck, Steps, and Inserts shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel with 14 gauge sheet steel flanges and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Toddler Handles shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Toddler Slide and Ramp Supports shall be fabricated from punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The TS Step Filler shall be made from punched 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Square Bracket shall be made from punched and formed 10 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Hardware shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion. PC-1584 - Gas Station The Gas Pump Roof shall be punched and formed from 12 gauge sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Gas Station Roof Support shall be fabricated from Ø1.315 12ga, with 3/16" sheet steel tabs and 1/4" sheet steel clevises and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Gas Station Main Panel, Symbol, Trim, Plaques, Sign, Icon, Speed Boat Throttle, Hose Clamps and Gas Pump Nozzle shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Gas Station Hose shall be made from 6 strand 16mm combo rope with 6061 aluminum ferrules and the ferrules will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Inserts shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy.
