The Spiral Slide Deck shall be fabricated using 12 gauge sheet steel punched and formed with reinforcing cross members and gussets and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Spiral Slide Wall shall be constructed of 1.315"O.D. 12 gauge tube steel top and bottom rails with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel vertical rungs with a 1/4" steel wall bracket welded to the outer rails for mounting wall to Spiral Slide and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spiral Slide Sit Down Bar shall be made from 1.029" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spiral Slide Wall Brackets shall be fabricated using 1/4" sheet steel Spirals Slide Wall Brackets and 1/4" sheet steel Spiral Slide Wall Tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spiral Slide Center Support Post shall be made from 3.5" O.D. 10 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spiral Slide Bottom Collar shall be fabricated from 1/4" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1602 - Panel Type 2 (HDPE) The Panel Type 2 HDPE shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Flat Panel Bracket shall be precision laser-cut from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. The Half Wall may also have welded mounting tabs and/or plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1238 - ROTO Freeform Climber The Roto Freeform Climber shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". Supports shall be made of 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge tube steel with welded deck mount made of 1.315" O.D. tube steel and 1/4" thick HR steel brackets. The Supports will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1232 CRV - Track Climber Curved The Curved Deck Climber Adapter shall be fabricated using 12 gauge sheet steel. The Curved Deck Climber Adapter shall be Play-Tuff(TM) Coated after fabrication. The Track Climber Rail shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel with welded 1/4" thick steel tread mounting plates. The Track Climber Rail will be Powder Coated as specified. The Track Climber Rail for Extension shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel with welded 1/4" thick steel tread mounting plates and 1/4" thick steel tabs. The Track Climber Rail for Extension will have a multi-stage baked-on powder-coat finish applied in two coats with an average thickness of 11 mils. The Arch Climber Rail Extension shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Track Climber Tread shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched sheet steel. The Track Climber Tread shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. R5 1211 - Vertical Step Filler The Vertical Step Filler shall be punched and formed from 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1109 - Balcony Deck R5 The Balcony Deck shall be punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel. Balcony Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Balcony Deck Wall R5 shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 18021 - Shade Canopy Square Roof The Roof Canopy Jack Screw shall be fabricated using 2" O.D. 10 gauge steel tube with welded 3/16" thick steel plugs, welded 1" O.D. machined steel retainer stub, 1" O.D. 11 guage steel cable spacer and punched 10 gauge steel retainers and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roof Canopy Square Rafter Hub shall be fabricated using 2.50" O.D. schedule 40 pipe with welded zinc nut and stainless steel stop and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roof Canopy Square Rafter shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/2" thick steel plug and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roof Canopy Support Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing welded to a formed 3/16" thick steel cradle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Shade Canopy Square shall be UV & mildew resistant woven acrylic fabric, folded and stitched for strength and to accommodate steel cable. The 1/4" Canopy Wire Cable shall be Ø1/4" steel cable with a clear vinyl coating. 1831 - Telescope Assembly The Telescope shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Telescope Swivel Bracket shall be precision laser-cut and formed from 3/16" thick H.R. sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Telescope Lens Large and Small shall be fabricated using .118" thick polycarbonate. The Telescope Disc Spacer Post Mount shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Post Cap shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1812 - Driver Wheel to Post The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Wheel Hub shall be machined from 3-3/4" Dia. high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Steering Wheel to Post Bracket shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" thick rolled sheet steel with welded 1.660" 11 gauge steel tubing and 1" Dia. machined stainless steel spindle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Split Collar Half shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" thick rolled sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1710 - Twister Slide The Twister Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Twister Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1639 - Clubhouse Assembly The Clubhouse Panels and Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" thick hot extruded sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Clubhouse Table Support shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. steel tubing welded to a 1/4" thick pipe plug with threaded insert and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Store Panel Counter Bracket shall be precision laser cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs and Socket Clamps shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1316 - Twister Entry Panel The Twister Entry Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1221 - Chain Net Climber shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs affixed to 5/0 chain on 12" centers to form a complete chain net unit and will have a Play-Tuff(TM) coating. The Chain Net Foot shall be fabricated of 1/4" thick steel bent 90° with welded on rebar extensions and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Optional Handrails shall be made from 1.315" O.D. tube steel and welded into the appropriate shape and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1102 - Tri Deck Assembly The Tri Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified.
