HARDWARE: Shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion. R5 1677 - Tree House Panel Assembly The Panels, Spacer, Plug & Counter shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Panel & Spring Rider Bracket shall be precision laser-cut and formed from 3/16" thick steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tree House Access Handle & Sit Down Side Guard shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tree House Panel Trim & Window Trim shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Roto Panel Lug shall be machined from high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5-1601 - Panel Type 1 (Rotomold) The Roto Panel shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Panel Roto Pipe shall be fabricated using Ø1.315 12ga steel tubing. The Roto Panel Bracket shall be fabricated using 10ga sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. R5 1306 - Double Sit Down Slide Hood The Double Sit Down Slide Hood shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Sit Down Slide Hood Top Rail shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Sit Down hood Bar shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1303 - Slide Sit Down Hood The Slide Sit Down Hood shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Sit Down Hood Top Rail shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Sit Down Hood guard Single shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 1702 - Double Slide The Double Slide Spacer shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet Steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Double Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Double Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" plate steel with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded onto a 3/16" steel plate with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1629 - Accessible Panel Assembly The Chime Set shall be cut from 0.75" O.D. 18 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mosaic Block shall be injection molded using a high durability plastic for optimum thermal and UV stability. The Mosaic Block Axel shall be cut from 0.75" O.D. 18 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Panels, Retainers and Sliders shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Mounting Insert shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. 1521 - Net Link The Net Link shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength co-polymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end clevises. The Net Link Deck Connector shall be fabricated using 1/4" sheet steel with welded 3/16" thick steel anchors and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1291 - Inclined Log Climber The Geo-Wave Climber Leg shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with formed 1/4" thick end tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Geo-Wave Vent Plug shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Log Climber - Deck Mount shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Pivot Deck Bracket shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick steel mounting plate with welded 1/4" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
