Supports shall be made of 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge tube steel with welded deck mount made of 1.315" O.D. tube steel and 1/4" thick HR steel brackets. The Supports will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 131410 - Inclusive Swing Seat Assembly Inclusive Swing Seat & Harness shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Pivot Cap, Pivot Spacer, Latch Cap, Latch Housing, Latch Handle, Latch, Latch Spacer, Vent Plug shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1812 - Driver Wheel to Post The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Wheel Hub shall be machined from 3-3/4" Dia. high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Steering Wheel to Post Bracket shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" thick rolled sheet steel with welded 1.660" 11 gauge steel tubing and 1" Dia. machined stainless steel spindle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Split Collar Half shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" thick rolled sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1710 - Twister Slide The Twister Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Twister Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1423 - Jungle Traverse The Jungle Traverse Beam shall be fabricated from 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing, welded between 1 1/2" x 3" 11 gauge rectangular steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Jungle Traverse Station shall be 1.660" Dia. O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with 1/4" steel plating will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish.The Jungle Traverse Disc shall be fabricated from punched, formed, and welded 12 gauge sheet steel. The Jungle Traverse Disc shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Chain shall be 5/0 galvanized chain with Play-Tuff(TM) coating. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1410 - Loop Traverse The Loop Traverse 90 Deg. Support shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/2" thick steel mounting tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Loop Traverse 144" R5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1-1/2" x 3" 11 gauge steel supports, 1/2" thick steel tab, and 1/4" thick steel clevises and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Loop Traverse shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1-1/2" x 3" 11 gauge steel supports with 1/4" thick steel clevises and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1400 - End Access Ladder The End Access Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" OD, 12 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1316 - Twister Entry Panel The Twister Entry Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1310 - Transition Wall The Transition Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 guage steel tubing, welded 1.029" O.D. 14 guage vertical rails and handles and 1/2" thick steel tabs and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. 1215 - Inclined Grip Wall The Chain Mount Bracket shall be laser-cut 1/4" thick steel with welded 3/8" thick steel tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Climb Chain Hanger shall be laser-cut 3/8" thick plate steel. The Climb Chain Hanger shall have clear zinc plating. The Grip Climb Wall shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Grip Climb Wall Chain shall be 5/0 galvanized low-carbon steel chain with silver shield finish and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The Grip Ramp Bracket shall be two part laser-cut and welded 1/4" steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Grip Ramp Foot shall be laser-cut from 1/4" steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ramp Grips shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and shall have a thermoplastic coating. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
