The Flat Panel Bracket shall be precision laser-cut from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5-1601 - Panel Type 1 (Rotomold) The Roto Panel shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". R5 1317 - Triple Twister Entry Panel The Triple Twister Slide Entry Panel and Stiffener shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Head Rail shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel welded to 1/4" Steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Sit Down Side Guard shall be fabricated from 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded to 10 gauge mounting tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. The Half Wall may also have welded mounting tabs and/or plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1305 - Double Sit Down The Double Sit Down Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel welded to a 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel extender and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1301 - Wall Steel Bars The Wall Steel Bars shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically on 4" centers between vertical 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel balusters and horizontal 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel rails, top and bottom and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1234 - Spiral Step Climber R5 The Spiral Step Climber shall be fabricated from 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing handles, tread supports, and 1/4" thick steel plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spiral Step Climber Tread shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. R5 1223 - Spiral Climber The Spiral Climber R5 shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel coil, 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel stand-offs and 3/16" thick steel mounting tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1211 - Vertical Step Filler The Vertical Step Filler shall be punched and formed from 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 1945 - Orbit Wheel The Orbit Wheel Frame shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge supports, 1/4" stainless steel mounting brackets and machined stainless steel spindle and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Orbit Wheel Frame R35 and R5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 11 gauge supports, 1/4" steel split collars and machined stainless steel spindle and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Traverse Wheel shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded machined stainless steel hub and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Wheel Traverse Cap shall be fabricated using precision cut 10 gauge stainless steel. The Split Collar Half hall be fabricated using 1/4" HR steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1937 - Crunch Handle The Crunch Handle R5 shall be fabricated using 1.315 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with a welded 0.625" H.R. round bar crossbar and will be powder coated as specified. The Crunch Handle R35 shall be made from high density 1" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Crunch Handle RV shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with a welded 0.625" H.R. round bar crossbar and 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting bracket and will be powder coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be powder coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be powder coated as specified." 1710 - Twister Slide The Twister Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded onto a 3/16" steel plate with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1618 - Seek Plaque Assembly The Seek Panel Plaque shall be made from high-density 3/4" thick hot extruded polyethylene sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1615 - Counter Assembly The Counter Assembly shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Store Panel Counter Bracket shall be precision laser cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1406 - Horizontal Ladder The Horizontal Ladder shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and extensions and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1310 - Transition Wall The Transition Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 guage steel tubing, welded 1.029" O.D. 14 guage vertical rails and handles and 1/2" thick steel tabs and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. 1228 - Bedrock Climber The Bedrock Climber shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average double wall thickness of .250". The Bedrock Climber Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Bedrock Extension Support shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1219 - Deep Rung Arch Climber The Arch Climber Deep Rung shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing outer rails welded to 1/4" thick steel plates and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing rungs and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1202 - Step Deck Assembly The Step Deck 2 shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step-Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1106 - Half Hex Deck 4 Post Assembly The Half Hex Deck 4 Post shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
