R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS PC 131410 - Inclusive Swing Seat Assembly Inclusive Swing Seat & Harness shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Pivot Cap, Pivot Spacer, Latch Cap, Latch Housing, Latch Handle, Latch, Latch Spacer, Vent Plug shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. PC 2120 - Arch Swing Assembly R5 The Swing Arch & Swing Beam shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Arch Swing Casting and Arch Swing Washer shall be cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Swing Chain shall be 7 mm (1/4") PC Grade 30 chain with a silver shield cold galvanized finish. The Swing Seats shall be molded from a UV-stabilized flexible rubber compound with slash-proof, reinforced metal inserts. 18021 - Shade Canopy Square Roof The Roof Canopy Jack Screw shall be fabricated using 2" O.D. 10 gauge steel tube with welded 3/16" thick steel plugs, welded 1" O.D. machined steel retainer stub, 1" O.D. 11 guage steel cable spacer and punched 10 gauge steel retainers and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roof Canopy Square Rafter Hub shall be fabricated using 2.50" O.D. schedule 40 pipe with welded zinc nut and stainless steel stop and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roof Canopy Square Rafter shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/2" thick steel plug and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roof Canopy Support Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing welded to a formed 3/16" thick steel cradle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Shade Canopy Square shall be UV & mildew resistant woven acrylic fabric, folded and stitched for strength and to accommodate steel cable. The Telescope Swivel Bracket shall be 3-pieces precision laser-cut and welded together from 3/16" thick H.R. sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1810 - Driver Wheel Assembly The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spindle shall be machined from Ø 1" stainless steel. The Geo-Wave Deck Mount Bracket shall be formed from 1/4" thick sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Geo-Wave Climber Leg shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 Gauge steel tubing with formed 1/4" thick end tab and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coating. The Deck Filler shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1237 - Vertical Rock Climber The Vertical Rock Climber shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Mounting Lug shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
