The Hex Net Hub Rubber Plug Top and Bottom shall be machined from high strength aluminum alloy. The Hex Net Hub Nets shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength co-polymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end Ferrules. The Hex Net Hub Top Rail shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel anchors and 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Hex Net Rubber Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Socket Clamps and Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Inserts shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Socket Clamp Clevis shall be fabricated using 3/16" thick stainless steel. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. The Half Wall may also have welded mounting tabs and/or plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1303 ACL - Accelerator Slide Sit Down Hood The Slide Sit Down Hood shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Sit Down Hood - Top Rail shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Sit Down Hood Guard Single shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1222 - Snake Climber The Snake Climber shall be constructed of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel handles, rungs, and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1109 - Balcony Deck R5 The Balcony Deck shall be punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel. Balcony Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Balcony Deck Wall R5 shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 1962 - Play Seat The Play Seat shall be punched and formed from 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1945 - Orbit Wheel The Orbit Wheel Frame shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge supports, 1/4" stainless steel mounting brackets and machined stainless steel spindle and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Orbit Wheel Frame R35 and R5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 11 gauge supports, 1/4" steel split collars and machined stainless steel spindle and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Traverse Wheel shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded machined stainless steel hub and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Wheel Traverse Cap shall be fabricated using precision cut 10 gauge stainless steel. The Split Collar Half hall be fabricated using 1/4" HR steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1937 - Crunch Handle The Crunch Handle R5 shall be fabricated using 1.315 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with a welded 0.625" H.R. round bar crossbar and will be powder coated as specified. The Crunch Handle R35 shall be made from high density 1" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Crunch Handle RV shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with a welded 0.625" H.R. round bar crossbar and 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting bracket and will be powder coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be powder coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be powder coated as specified." 1917 - Arched Wave Glider The Arched Wave Glider Ladder shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handle and rungs. 1/4" thick steel Clevises and 3/8" thick steel tabs will be welded to frame and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Arched Wave Glider Rail shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/8" thick steel tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1810 - Driver Wheel Assembly The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spindle shall be machined from Ø 1" stainless steel. The Wheel Hub shall be machined from Ø 3-3/4" high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1714 - Accelerator Slide The Accelerator Slide shall be constructed of UV-stabilized rotationally molded linear low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Accelerator Slide Roller Box shall be fabricated using .100" thick punched aluminum sheets with welded .125" thick aluminum axle supports and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Accelerator Slide Roller Axle shall be made from 3/8" Stainless Steel Rod. The Accelerator Slide Roller shall be made from high density 3/4" thick hot extruded polyethylene sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Slide Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Support shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1310 - Transition Wall The Transition Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 guage steel tubing, welded 1.029" O.D. 14 guage vertical rails and handles and 1/2" thick steel tabs and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. 1283 - Matrix Rope Net Wall The Matrix Rope Net Beam RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Matrix Rope Net Beam RH5 & RH3.5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and split collars, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as pecified. The Matrix Rope Net Beam R5 & R3.5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel split collars, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Matrix Rope Net shall be made from 16mm teel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection onnectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The Post Anchor Bracket RV shall be fabricated using a 1/4" thick steel mounting bracket with welded 3/16" thick steel anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Anchor Bracket R5 & R3.5 shall be fabricated using a 1/4" thick steel split collar with welded 3/16" thick steel anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1281 - Arch Twist Climber The Arch Twist Climber shall be 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs, spokes and upper rail welded to 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel outer hub and lower rail with 1/4" steel clevises for mounting and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1221 - Chain Net Climber shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs affixed to 5/0 chain on 12" centers to form a complete chain net unit and will have a Play-Tuff(TM) coating. The Chain Net Foot shall be fabricated of 1/4" thick steel bent 90° with welded on rebar extensions and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Optional Handrails shall be made from 1.315" O.D. tube steel and welded into the appropriate shape and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1105 - Half Deck Assembly The Half Deck shall be fabricated using punched, formed, and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
