PC 1075 - Excavator Assembly The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Excavator Bucket Arm shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge handles, 10 gauge sheet steel bracket, 1/4" thick steel mounting plates and stainless steel pin and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Excavator Bucket Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Excavator Bucket Step shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play- Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Excavator Deck shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel, reinforcing cross members, gussets, and 1/4" thick steel mounting plates and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Excavator Deck Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Excavator Foot shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Excavator Grill shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Excavator Panels, Seats& Track Sets shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Excavator Traverse shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge supports and stainless steel housing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Excavator Traverse Frame shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel plugs and stainless steel pin and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Excavator Traverse Frame Leg & Bracket shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Excavator Wheel Insert shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spindle shall be made from 1" Dia. Stainless steel. The Spring Rider Bracket & Castle Tab shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Truck Handle Small shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Truck Stirrup Step shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel mounting brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Turn Block shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Wheel Hub shall be machined from Ø 3-3/4" high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1949 - Stand-N-Spin The Spinner Base shall be fabricated from 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing welded to 1/4" reinforcer plates and a 3/8" top plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spinner Bearing Housing shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. steel tubing with welded 3/8" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Stand-N-Spin Post shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate, 3/8" thick steel housing plate and 2.5" O.D. mild steel spindle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Stand-N-Spin Base & Handle shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Bearing Ball w/ 2 Seals shall be a steel single row, double sealed radial ball bearing with a chrome finish. The External Snap Ring shall be zinc and yellow chromate-plated steel and have an internal diameter of 2".
