RV 10000 - Revolution Post The Revolution Core Post shall be made from 3.500" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing. The Revolution Bottom Cap shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Revolution Bottom Cap will be Powder Coated as specified. The Revolution Mounting Sleeve shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Hole Plug shall be precision molded nylon for durability, holding stength and snug installation. RV 1961 - Tri-Pad The Tri-Pad shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Step Pad Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate. The Step Pad Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. RV-1934 - Neutron Spinner Mini RV The Neutron Mini Bearing Housing shall be fabricated from a machined 5" O.D. x 1/2" wall tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Neutron Spinner Mini Handle shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Neutron Spinner Mini Hub Retainer shall be fabricated from 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized tube steel with welded 3/16" thick steel plate end caps and flange and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Neutron Spinner Mini Post shall be fabricated from 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized tube steel with welded 3/16" thick steel plates and machined steel spindle. The Neutron Spinner Post Spacer shall be made from high density 1" thick sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. RV 1540 - Plank Net Link RV The Link Landing Cap RV shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff (TM) coated after fabrication. The Plank Net Link Rope shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end clevises. The Plank Net Rope Bracket shall be fabricated using precision cut and formed 10 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 1434 - 360 Deg. Horizontal Ladder Hub RV The 360 Deg. Horizontal Ladder Hub RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel lower ring, rungs and 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting bracket and will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 1431 - V-Wing Bar Traverse RV The V-Wing Bar Traverse RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The V-Wing Bar Traverse 1 Mount RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles, 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting bracket and stainless steel housing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The V-Wing Bar Traverse 2 Mount RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and stainless steel housings and will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 1279 - Angled Puzzle Climber RV The Angled Puzzle Climber RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and rungs with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting bracket and will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 2292 - Power Tower Climber The Power Tower Climber Center Post shall be fabricated from 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and 1/2" thick steel tabs. Will be riveted with a high strength aluminum cap. The Power Tower Climber Center Post will be Powder Coated as specified. The Power Tower Climber Support shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with 3/8" thick steel tabs. The Power Tower Climber Support will be Powder Coated as specified. The Power Tower Climber Ring shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing. The Power Tower Climber Ring will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 1809 - Triple Hoop The 9' Post R35 shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing. The Cap & Plugs shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Triple Hoop shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". 1283 - Matrix Rope Net Wall The Matrix Rope Net Beam RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Matrix Rope Net Beam RH5 & RH3.5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and split collars, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as pecified. The Matrix Rope Net Beam R5 & R3.5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel split collars, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Matrix Rope Net shall be made from 16mm teel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection onnectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The Post Anchor Bracket RV shall be fabricated using a 1/4" thick steel mounting bracket with welded 3/16" thick steel anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Anchor Bracket R5 & R3.5 shall be fabricated using a 1/4" thick steel split collar with welded 3/16" thick steel anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1268 - Ribbon Climber The Ribbon Climber shall be fabricated using 1/4" steel clevises welded to 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel frame with 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel cross members and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified.
