The Spiral Deck Half Wall R5 shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Spiral Deck Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing, 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing, and 1/4" sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Blocks & Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1710-SUP - Twister Slide Support Assembly The Sectional Slide Support Bracket #2 shall be fabricated using 3/16"HR sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Twister Slide Support shall be fabricated using Ø1.660 steel tubing, 3/16" HR sheet steel and 5/8"round bar and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Twister Slide Support Top shall be fabricated using Ø2.000 steel tubing and 3/16" HR sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Twister Slide Support Bottom shall be fabricated using Ø1.660 steel tubing and 1/4" HR sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1706-S - Sectional Spiral Slide Assembly The Spiral Slide Deck shall be precision cut, formed, and welded using 12 gauge thick steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Twister Slide Sections & Hood shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Twister Slide Spacer & Infinity Wall Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" 11 gauge steel tubing with 10 gauge HR steel and 5/8" round bar and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Sectional Spiral Slide Wall shall be fabricated using 1.315" 12 gauge steel tubing and 1.029" 14 gauge steel tubing with 1/4" HR steel clevis and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Infinity Wall Sectional Spiral Slide Wall shall be fabricated using 1.315" 12 gauge steel tubing, 12ga HR sheet steel and 1/4" HR steel clevis and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Twister Sit Down Side Guard Canada shall be fabricated using 1.029" 14 gauge steel tubing with 10 gauge HR steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1807 - Poly Shingled Roof The Poly Shingled Roof shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low- density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Roof Support Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Roof Support Casting will be Powder Coated as specified. R5-1601 - Panel Type 1 (Rotomold) The Roto Panel shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Panel Roto Pipe shall be fabricated using Ø1.315 12ga steel tubing. The Roto Panel Bracket shall be fabricated using 10ga sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1234 - Spiral Step Climber R5 The Spiral Step Climber shall be fabricated from 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing handles, tread supports, and 1/4" thick steel plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spiral Step Climber Tread shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS PC 1387 - Paulie Pony The Single Spring Bottom Mount Plate shall be made using 1/4" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spring Rider Bracket shall be made from precision cut and formed 3/16" thick plate steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Single Spring Top Mount Plate shall be made from precision cut and formed 3/16" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Playground Event Spring shall be 5-3/4" O.D. with a free height of 14" and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Event Spring Retainer shall be precision cut and formed from 1/8" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Anti-Rotation Spacer shall be machined from high strength aluminum. The Spring Rider Panel Set shall be made from high-density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Paulie Pony Handle shall be 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel handle with 10 gauge steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1702 - Double Slide The Double Slide Spacer shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet Steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked on powder coat finish. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1122 - Double Slide Deck Extension The Double Sit Down Extension Wall shall be fabricated using 1.315 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029 O.D. 14 gauge steel guard rails, slide insert, and 1/4" thick steel clevises and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tri-Deck Extension shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Double Slide Spacer shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
