The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1429 - 90 Deg. Horizontal Ladder The Horizontal Ladder support beams shall be fabricated from 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge tube steel with 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel rungs uniformly spaced and welded in place and will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1309 - R3.5 Half Wall R3.5 HALF WALL: Shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. R3.5 PANEL BRACKET: Shall be precision cut from 3/16" HR sheet steel. The R3.5 Panel Bracket shall have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. MOUNTING LUGS: Shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Lugs have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. SOCKET CLAMPS: Shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Socket Clamps have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R35 1304 - Sit Down Wall R3.5 The Sit Down Wall and Spacers high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1212 - Vertical Step Climber The Vertical Step Climber R3.5 shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Lugs will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS PC 1804 - Basketball Hoop The Adjustable Basketball Arm shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 4.5" O.D. 7 gauge steel tubing, 1/4" plate, and 1/2" weld nuts and shall have a powder coat finish. The Basketball Post shall be fabricated using 4.5" O.D. 7 gauge steel tubing and shall have a powder coat finish. 1937 - Crunch Handle The Crunch Handle R5 shall be fabricated using 1.315 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with a welded 0.625" H.R. round bar crossbar and will be powder coated as specified. The Crunch Handle R35 shall be made from high density 1" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Crunch Handle RV shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with a welded 0.625" H.R. round bar crossbar and 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting bracket and will be powder coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be powder coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be powder coated as specified." 1910 - Talk Tube The Talk Tube shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with a welded 14 gauge thick steel screen and 1/4" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Steel Talk Tube shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and 5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with a welded 14 gauge thick steel screen, 3/16" thick steel reducer/flanges, 5/8" round bar steel, and 1/4" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as Specified. The Talk Tube Cone shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Socket Clamp shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Inserts shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. 1807 STL - Steel Pyramid Roof The Steel Pyramid Roof Post Bracket shall be formed from 10 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Steel Pyramid Roof Section and Cap shall be formed from 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1704 - Poly Wave Slide The Poly Wave Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1400 - End Access Ladder The End Access Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" OD, 12 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1233 - Disc Climber The Disc Climber Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV protection and color retention. The Disc Climber Disc shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Climber Post shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R3.5 Dome shall be precision die cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
