The Tube Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded to a 3/16" steel plate with a 5/8" rod at the base as a footing Anchor. The Tube Slide Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. The Inclined Tube Support shall be fabricated from a 1/4" steel pipe plug welded to a 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge 90° Support Elbow inserted and welded into a 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel Support Leg. The Inclined Tube Support will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1660 - Panel Pal Roto Frame The Panel Pal Roto Frame shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". R5 1602 - Panel Type 2 (HDPE) The Panel Type 2 HDPE shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Flat Panel Bracket shall be precision laser-cut from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5-1601 - Panel Type 1 (Rotomold) The Roto Panel shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Panel Roto Pipe shall be fabricated using Ø1.315 12ga steel tubing. The Roto Panel Bracket shall be fabricated using 10ga sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. R5 1234 - Spiral Step Climber R5 The Spiral Step Climber shall be fabricated from 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing handles, tread supports, and 1/4" thick steel plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spiral Step Climber Tread shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. R5 1231 - Clever Climber R5 The Clever Climber R5 shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plates and 3/8" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1212 - Vertical Step Climber The Vertical Step Climber R5 shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched sheet steel. The Vertical Step Climber R5 will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Lugs will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1201 - Easy Access Stairs The Easy Access Stairs shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Easy Access Stair Handrails shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and welded to tabs for mounting to the Stair Rail Brackets and Easy Access Stairs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Stair Half Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel rungs and a stair rail tab welded on the outer rail and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1109 - Balcony Deck R5 The Balcony Deck shall be punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel. Balcony Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Balcony Deck Wall R5 shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS PC 1600 - Tilt Maze Game The Maze Table shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Maze Bubble shall be made of Thermoformed 3/16" Clear Polycarbonate. The Mount-Bolt Thru shall have an unthreaded zinc-plated steel insert running through the center that enables the mount to handle both vertical and horizontal loads. The Mount-Bolt Thru is made of black oil and ozone-resistant neoprene. The Polycarbonate Washer shall be fabricated using .118" thick Polycarbonate. The Rubber 3-Ply Washer shall be fabricated using heavy duty black Rubber 3-Ply Belting. The 5/8" White Nylon Ball shall be opaque and off-white in color. The Telescope Swivel Bracket shall be precision laser-cut and formed from 3/16" thick H.R. sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Telescope Lens Large and Small shall be fabricated using .118" thick polycarbonate. The Telescope Disc Spacer Post Mount shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Post Cap shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1810 - Driver Wheel Assembly The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spindle shall be machined from Ø 1" stainless steel. The Twister Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1328 - Curved Wall The Curved Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge welded vertical rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Curved Wall with Wheel Mount Plate shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge welded vertical rails. A .188" thick mounting plate shall be welded to the vertical rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1316 - Twister Entry Panel The Twister Entry Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1110 1117 ALU - Vertical Deck Filler The Vertical Deck Fillers shall be fabricated from .120" sheet aluminum. The Vertical Deck Fillers will be Powder Coated as specified.
