The Hex Net Rubber Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Socket Clamps and Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Inserts shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Socket Clamp Clevis shall be fabricated using 3/16" thick stainless steel. R5 1317 - Triple Twister Entry Panel The Triple Twister Slide Entry Panel and Stiffener shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Head Rail shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel welded to 1/4" Steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Sit Down Side Guard shall be fabricated from 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded to 10 gauge mounting tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. R5 1204 - Stairs 72" H The Stair Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Stairs shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The R5 Stairs Half Wall Set shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel rungs and welded on 1/4" thick steel tabs welded for mounting and will be Powder Coated as specified. PC-2476 - Spin Max Tower The Spin Max Base shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Playground Event Spring shall be 5-3/4" O.D. with a free height of 14" and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spring Mount Puck shall be precision die-cast from high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spring Mount Plate shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick plate steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spring Inground Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Fixed Mount Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/2" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 1809 - Triple Hoop The 9' Post R35 shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing. The Cap & Plugs shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Triple Hoop shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". NF-5301 - NFuse Hex Net Extension The Socket Clamp Rope Clevis shall be precision cut and formed using 3/16" stainless steel. The NFuse Hex Net Extension - Frame Rail shall be fabricated using 1-1/2" x 3" x .120" steel rectangular tubing with welded 5/8" steel anchor, 1/4" thick steel clevis, and 3/16" thick steel clevises and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The NFuse Hex Net Extension - Frame Rail - Surface Mount shall be fabricated using 1-1/2" x 3" x .120" steel rectangular tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel anchor plate, 1/4" thick steel clevis, and 3/16" thick steel clevises and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Inserts shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1945 - Orbit Wheel The Orbit Wheel Frame shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge supports, 1/4" stainless steel mounting brackets and machined stainless steel spindle and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Orbit Wheel Frame R35 and R5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 11 gauge supports, 1/4" steel split collars and machined stainless steel spindle and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Traverse Wheel shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded machined stainless steel hub and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Wheel Traverse Cap shall be fabricated using precision cut 10 gauge stainless steel. The Split Collar Half hall be fabricated using 1/4" HR steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. 1710 - Twister Slide The Twister Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Twister Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1414 1 - Lily Pad Seat-Step Assembly The Lily Pad No Hole shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Step Pad Step Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1233 - Disc Climber The Disc Climber Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV protection and color retention. The Disc Climber Disc shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Climber Post shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R3.5 Dome shall be precision die cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1106 - Half Hex Deck 4 Post Assembly The Half Hex Deck 4 Post shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication.
