R5 18461 - Rocket Nose Cone The Rocket Nose Spike shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 5" O.D. 11 gauge steel spacer, 3/16" thick steel cap, 1/4" thick steel plates, and formed 14 gauge sheet steel flanges and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Roof Post Bracket R5 shall be made from precision cut and formed 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Roof Section shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Rocket Roof Tie R5 shall be made from precision cut 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R3.5 Dome shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 16571 WING - Rocket Wing Assembly The Rocket Wing Base shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Rocket Wing Clevis shall be made from precision cut and formed 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Wing Inlay shall be made from punched 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Inserts shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5-16571 - Rocket Panel Assembly The Booster Mount Spacer, Skirt Trim, Rocket Escape Pod Panel, Gear Panel, Side Panel & Panel Pal Pieces shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Booster Retaining Plate shall be made from precision cut and formed 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Deck to Deck Ladder 60" shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Deck to Deck Ladder Base Plate shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Access & Deck to Deck Insert shall be made from punched 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Access & Round Panel R5 shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Rocket Booster Skirt shall be made from punched, formed, and welded 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Booster Mount shall be made from punched, formed, and welded 10 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Play Seat shall be made from punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Rocket Side Panel Accent & Emblem Backer shall be made from precision cut 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roto Panel Deck Mounting Plate shall be precision cut from 1/4" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Roto Panel Lug shall be machined from high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5-12571 - Rocket Entry Hatch Climber The Rocket Hatch Bracket shall be fabricated using precision cut and welded 1/4" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Hatch Frame shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel leg, 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles, and 12 gauge steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Hood shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rocket Hatch Tread Back, Light, & Grip shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Rocket Hatch Tread shall be constructed of UV-stabilized flexible rubber compound with slash-proof, reinforced metal inserts. R5 1846 - Rocket Panel Assembly The Rocket Panels shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Aft Fin Footing Leg shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel mounting tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. The Half Wall may also have welded mounting tabs and/or plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1301 - Wall Steel Bars The Wall Steel Bars shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically on 4" centers between vertical 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel balusters and horizontal 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel rails, top and bottom and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1242 - Ladder Deck to Deck The Deck to Deck Ladder shall have side supports constructed using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel rungs evenly spaced and welded to the side supports and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS PC 1056 - Lunar Rover The Lunar Rover Dash, Roof Brace & Seats shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel, reinforcing cross members, and gussets. The Decks & Steps shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Lunar Rover Panels, Seats, & Tire Sets shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Lunar Rover Side Frame shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel mounting tab and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Lunar Rover Front Frame shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing, 3/16" & 1/4" steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spring Rider Bracket & Castle Tab shall be precision laser-cut and formed from 3/16" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Drive Shifter shall be machined from 3-3/4" Dia. high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Wheel Insert & Lunar Rover Accent Pieces shall be precision laser-cut from 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1961 R - Rock Step The Rock Step shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Rock Step Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1220 - Centipede Climber The Centipede Climber shall have a center support constructed of 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge Tube Steel with 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge Tube Steel stepping/gripping loops welded on and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1103 - Half Hex Deck 5 Post Assembly The Half Hex Deck 5 Post shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1102 - Tri Deck Assembly The Tri Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication.
