RV 21000 - Revolution Post Top Cap The Revolution Post Top Cap sall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Revolution Post Top Cap will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 10000 - Revolution Post The Revolution Core Post shall be made from 3.500" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing. The Revolution Bottom Cap shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Revolution Bottom Cap will be Powder Coated as specified. The Revolution Mounting Sleeve shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Hole Plug shall be precision molded nylon for durability, holding stength and snug installation. RV 1974 - Gyro-Pod Spinner RV The Gyro-Pod Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" x 1-1/2" flat steel reinforcement plates and stainless steel ball bearing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Gyro-Pod Top Frame shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel supports, 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets and stainless steel ball bearing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Gyro-Pod Bearing Hub shall be fabricated using 2-1/4" O.D. machined steel hub with welded 1/4" thick steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Gyro-Pod Handrail shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Gyro-Pod Tread Plate shall be made from punched 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Gyro-Pod Ring Plate shall be made from precision cut 1/4" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Gyro-Pod End & Ring shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Gyro-Pod Ring Spacer shall be machined from high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ball Joint Socket Half shall be made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene for lasting durability and minimal rotational resistance. RV 1541 - V-Rope Net Link RV The V-Rope Net Link Bracket RV shall be fabricated using precision cut and formed 1/4" thick stainless steel post bracket and welded 3/16" thick steel net bracket and will be Powder Coated as specified. The V-Rope Net Link Beam RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel support arms, 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and 3/16" thick steel anchors and will be Powder Coated as specified. The V-Rope Net Link Net RV shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength co-polymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. R35-1600 - R3.5 Panel Assembly The R3.5 Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The R3.5 Panel Bracket shall be precision cut from 3/16" HR sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1304 - Sit Down Wall R3.5 The Sit Down Wall and Spacers high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1230 - Clover Climber The Clover Climber shall be constructed of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel handles, rungs, and 3/16" thick steel mounting plate. The Cross Loop Climber will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 1701 3 - 36" Single Slide The 36" Single Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 10 gauge steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1639 - Clubhouse Assembly The Clubhouse Panels and Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" thick hot extruded sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Clubhouse Table Support shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. steel tubing welded to a 1/4" thick pipe plug with threaded insert and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Store Panel Counter Bracket shall be precision laser cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs and Socket Clamps shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1514 - Inclined Arch Bridge The Inclined Arch Bridge shall be fabricated using punched, formed, and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Inclined Arch Wall shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. vertical rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
