PC 4286 - Bench w/ Back 
 	The Bench Divider shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Bench Top shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Bench Frame In-Ground Leg shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Bench Frame Surface Mount shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.5" x 3" rectangular tube steel and welded 10 gauge steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified.

PC 4221 - Pedestal Picnic Table 
 	The Pedestal Seat Frame Mount shall be fabricated using 1.5" x 3" x 0.120" steel tubing with welded 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel Mounting Rail, 12 gauge sheet steel End Cap, 1/4" thick steel Mounting Plate, and 10 gauge sheet steel Support Brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Pedestal Table shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 14 gauge sheet steel. The Pedestal Table shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Pedestal hardware Pin shall be machined from stainless steel round bar. The Picnic Table Pedestal shall be fabricated using 4" x 0.25" square steel tubing with welded 2.375" O.D.11 gauge steel supports,10 gauge sheet steel Support Brackets, and 12 gauge steel End Cap and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Table Seat shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The 3/8" x 2" S Plate shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" HR sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified.
