The Bucket Spinner Post shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing welded to 3/16" thick steel mounting plate and machined stainless steel spindle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spinner Seat Hub shall be fabricated using a machined stainless steel hub with welded 3/16" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 2285 - Jet Stream Climber The Jet Stream Climber Arches shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Jet Stream Climber Leg shall be fabricated using O.D. gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. Jet Stream Climber Net shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength co-polymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum and clevises. Jet Stream Climber Rails shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Chain shall be 5/0 galvanized chain with Play-Tuff coating. The Geo-Wave Vent Plug shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Tri-Ring shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250" and .375" thick molded in aluminum mounting plates. PC 2181 - Single Post Swings The 8' Single Post Swing Post shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The 10' Single Post Swing Post shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 7 gauge galvanized steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Single Post Swing Tree Top Post shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Single Post Swing Beam shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel hangers and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Single Post Swing Casting shall be cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Swing Chain shall be 7 mm (1/4") PC Grade 30 chain with a silver shield cold galvanized finish. The Swing Seats shall be molded from a UV-stabilized flexible rubber compound with slash-proof, reinforced metal inserts. 1236 RC - Ring Climber The Erector Rock Ring Climber shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel welded to .25" Erector Rock Climber Plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1236 3 - Erector Rock Curve The Erector Rock Curved shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Grips are precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and have a thermal-set plastic coating. The Erector Rock Posts shall be 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1236 2 - Erector Rock with Hole The Erector Rock with Hole shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Grips are precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and have a thermal-set plastic coating.
