The Roof Support Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Roof Support Casting will be Powder Coated as specified. R35-1600 - R3.5 Panel Assembly The R3.5 Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The R3.5 Panel Bracket shall be precision cut from 3/16" HR sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1504 - Belt Bridge The Belt Bridge Clamp shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Belt Bridge Hanger shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Belt Bridge Wall and Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Bridge Belt shall be 3/8" thick, 3-ply rubber belt. The Mounting Inserts shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy.The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1428 - Burma Loop Traverse 84 The Burma Loop Traverse shall be fabricated from 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge tube steel welded to mounting plates with 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel for the Loops. The Burma Loop Traverse will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1309 - R3.5 Half Wall R3.5 HALF WALL: Shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. R3.5 PANEL BRACKET: Shall be precision cut from 3/16" HR sheet steel. The R3.5 Panel Bracket shall have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. MOUNTING LUGS: Shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Lugs have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. SOCKET CLAMPS: Shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Socket Clamps have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R35 1305 - Double Sit Down R3.5 The Double Sit Down and Back Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Double Sit Down Leg shall be fabricated from 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1109 GLASS - Glass Balcony Deck The Glass Balcony Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Glass Balcony Deck Wall shall be fabricated of 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically between the top and bottom 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Observation Window shall be made from 1/2" polycarbonate and is to be replaced if damaged or discolored or within 4 years. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. The Half Wall may also have welded mounting tabs and/or plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1238 - ROTO Freeform Climber The Roto Freeform Climber shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". Supports shall be made of 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge tube steel with welded deck mount made of 1.315" O.D. tube steel and 1/4" thick HR steel brackets. The Supports will be Powder Coated as specified. 1823 - Ribbed Roof Flag The Ribbed Roof Flag shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Ribbed Roof Flag Top shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel with welded 1/4" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ribbed Roof Flag Bottom shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel welded to 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1810 - Driver Wheel Assembly The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spindle shall be machined from Ø 1" stainless steel. The Wheel Hub shall be machined from Ø 3-3/4" high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1702 - Double Slide The Double Slide Spacer shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet Steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Double Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Double Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" plate steel with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded onto a 3/16" steel plate with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1509 - Burma Bridge The Burma Bridge shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched and formed sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Burma Bridge Wall shall be fabricated of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel rungs and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1400 - End Access Ladder The End Access Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" OD, 12 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1280 - Swoop Rung Climber The Swoop Rung Climber shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs, 3/16" thick mounting plates and 3/8" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Swoop Rung Climber Legs shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/8" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1237 - Vertical Rock Climber The Vertical Rock Climber shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Mounting Lug shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1233 - Disc Climber The Disc Climber Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV protection and color retention. The Disc Climber Disc shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Climber Post shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R3.5 Dome shall be precision die cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified.
