The Twister Slide Spacer & Infinity Wall Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Single Slide Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" 11 gauge steel tubing with 10 gauge HR steel and 5/8" round bar and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Sectional Spiral Slide Wall shall be fabricated using 1.315" 12 gauge steel tubing and 1.029" 14 gauge steel tubing with 1/4" HR steel clevis and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Infinity Wall Sectional Spiral Slide Wall shall be fabricated using 1.315" 12 gauge steel tubing, 12ga HR sheet steel and 1/4" HR steel clevis and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Twister Sit Down Side Guard Canada shall be fabricated using 1.029" 14 gauge steel tubing with 10 gauge HR steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Sectional Slide Support shall be fabricated using 1.660" 11 gauge steel tubing with 3/16" HR steel 5/8" round bar and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Sectional Slide Support Bracket shall be fabricated using 3/16" HR steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Roto Panel Deck Mounting Plate shall be fabricated using 1/4" HR steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. R35 1802 - Poly Ribbed Roof The Poly Ribbed Roof shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". R35 1428 - Burma Loop Traverse 84 The Burma Loop Traverse shall be fabricated from 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge tube steel welded to mounting plates with 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel for the Loops. The Burma Loop Traverse will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1314 - R3.5 Wall Access The R3.5 Access Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. R35 1235 - Ladder Climber The Ladder Climber shall have a main rail and sub-rail constructed of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel and stepping / gripping rungs or bends fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel welded to the center support. The Ladder Climber will be Powder Coated as specified. R35 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 1962 - Play Seat The Play Seat shall be punched and formed from 14 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Burma Bridge Wall shall be fabricated of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel rungs and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1316 - Twister Entry Panel The Twister Entry Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1281 - Arch Twist Climber The Arch Twist Climber shall be 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs, spokes and upper rail welded to 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge steel outer hub and lower rail with 1/4" steel clevises for mounting and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1233 - Disc Climber The Disc Climber Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV protection and color retention. The Disc Climber Disc shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Climber Post shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R3.5 Dome shall be precision die cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1218 - Arch Climber The Arch Climber shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing outer rails welded to 1/4" thick steel plates and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing rungs and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1102 - Tri Deck Assembly The Tri Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
