R35-1600 - R3.5 Panel Assembly The R3.5 Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The R3.5 Panel Bracket shall be precision cut from 3/16" HR sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. PC 3184 - Deluxe Toddler Adventure Center The Cleats, Corners, Discs, Flowers, Frames, Hammers, Mailbox, Panels, Ramp, Seats, Shelf, Slides, Sliders, Supports, Table, and Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Toddler bridge, Deck, Steps, and Inserts shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel with 14 gauge sheet steel flanges and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Toddler Handles shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Toddler Slide and Ramp Supports shall be fabricated from punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The TS Step Filler shall be made from punched 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Square Bracket shall be made from punched and formed 10 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Hardware shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion. PC-2454 - Spinner Seat The Spinner Seat shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Spinner Seat Post shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing welded to 3/16" thick steel mounting plate and machined stainless steel spindle and will have a multi-staged baked-on powder coat finish. The Spinner Seat Hub shall be fabricated using a machined stainless steel hub with welded 3/16" thick steel mounting plate and will have a multi-staged baked-on powder coat finish. 1810 - Driver Wheel Assembly The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spindle shall be machined from Ø 1" stainless steel. The Wheel Hub shall be machined from Ø 3-3/4" high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified.
