The Roto Panel Leg RV shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel mounting bracket and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Round Roto Panel RV shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". RV 12012 - 2' Climb-N-Slide RV The Inside & Outside Slide Climber Rails RV shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and 10 gauge thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Climber Support Legs RV shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Climber RV shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Single Slide Leg 24" - 36" V23 shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/16" thick steel plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. The 2' Poly Wave Slide Vers2 shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". RV 10000 - Revolution Post The Revolution Core Post shall be made from 3.500" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing. The Revolution Bottom Cap shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Revolution Bottom Cap will be Powder Coated as specified. The Revolution Mounting Sleeve shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Hole Plug shall be precision molded nylon for durability, holding stength and snug installation. RV-1971 - Rumble Deck RV The Multi-Spring Deck Mounting Plate shall be precision cut using 1/4" thick plate steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Playground Event Spring shall be 5-3/4" O.D. with a free height of 14" and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Rope Clevis shall be fabricated using precision cut and formed 3/16" thick plate steel. The Rumble Deck Frame shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Play-Tuff™ coated after fabrication. The Rumble Deck Rope shall be made from 16mm steel reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The Event Spring Retainer shall be fabricated using precision cut and formed 1/8" thick plate steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Tri Spring Deck shall be fabricated using punched and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and will be Play-Tuff™ coated after fabrication. RV 1961 - Tri-Pad The Tri-Pad shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Step Pad Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate. The Step Pad Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 1524 - Bobble Bridge RV The Bobble Bridge shall be made from punched and formed 12 gauge sheet steel with welded 12 gauge sheet steel side members and gussets and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Bobble Bridge Inside Trim & Side Panel shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Bobble Bridge Net shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection connectors and machined aluminum end clevises. The Bobble Bridge Rail shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge support rail, 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge center rail, 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and 3/16" thick steel anchors and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Chain shall be 5/0 galvanized low carbon steel chain with silver shield finish. The Rope Bridge Spacer shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. RV 1437 - Tri-Pad Jungle Traverse 90 Degree RV The Tri-Pad shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Tri-Pad Jungle Traverse 90° Top Frame RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets, 3/16" thick stainless steel anchors, and stainless steel pin and shall have a powder coat finish. The Tri-Pad Jungle Traverse Vine shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with machined aluminum end clevises. The Tri-Pad Jungle Traverse Station shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel plate and 3/16" thick stainless steel anchor and shall have a powder coat finish. The Tri-Pad Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Tri-Pad Support Sleeve shall be fabricated using 2" O.D. 10 gauge stainless steel tubing. 21011 MNT - Revolution Beam Mid-Support The Revolution Beam Mid-Support shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded stainless steel housing and will be Powder Coated as specified.
