RV 21000 - Revolution Post Top Cap The Revolution Post Top Cap sall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Revolution Post Top Cap will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 10000 - Revolution Post The Revolution Core Post shall be made from 3.500" O.D. 11 gauge galvanized steel tubing. The Revolution Bottom Cap shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Revolution Bottom Cap will be Powder Coated as specified. The Revolution Mounting Sleeve shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy. The Hole Plug shall be precision molded nylon for durability, holding stength and snug installation. RV 1961 - Tri-Pad The Tri-Pad shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Step Pad Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate. The Step Pad Leg will be Powder Coated as specified. RV 1437 - Tri-Pad Jungle Traverse 90 Degree RV The Tri-Pad shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Tri-Pad Jungle Traverse 90° Top Frame RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick stainless steel mounting brackets, 3/16" thick stainless steel anchors, and stainless steel pin and shall have a powder coat finish. The Tri-Pad Jungle Traverse Vine shall be made from 16mm steel-reinforced rope with machined aluminum end clevises. The Tri-Pad Jungle Traverse Station shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel plate and 3/16" thick stainless steel anchor and shall have a powder coat finish. The Tri-Pad Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Tri-Pad Support Sleeve shall be fabricated using 2" O.D. 10 gauge stainless steel tubing. R5-18030 - Orbital Shade The Orbital Shade - Post Connectors shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel brackets and tabs and shall have a powder coat finish. The Orbital Shade - Curved Extensions shall be fabricated using 5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with a welded 1/4" thick steel cap and 3/8" thick steel brackets and shall have a powder coat finish. The Orbital Shade - Outside Frames shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 3/8" thick steel tabs and a welded nut and shall have a powder coat finish. The Orbital Shade - Canopy Support Frames shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel tabs and shall have a powder coat finish. The Orbital Shade Canopy shall be UV & mildew resistant woven acrylic fabric, folded and stitched for strength and to accommodate steel tensioner. R5 1602 - Panel Type 2 (HDPE) The Panel Type 2 HDPE shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Flat Panel Bracket shall be precision laser-cut from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1309 - Half Wall (Handle) Assembly The Half Wall R5 shall be constructed of 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel outer rails with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge tube steel welded vertically. The Half Wall may also have welded mounting tabs and/or plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1305 - Double Sit Down The Double Sit Down Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel welded to a 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel extender and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1109 - Balcony Deck R5 The Balcony Deck shall be punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel. Balcony Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Balcony Deck Wall R5 shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel rails and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS 21264 MNT - Angled Landing Pad to Mount RV The Angled Landing Pad to Mount Frame RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge handles, stainless steel housing and 1/4" thick steel brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Landing Pad shall be fabricated using punched, formed and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. 1932 - Hand Spin Cycler The Hand Spin Cycler shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1810 - Driver Wheel Assembly The Driver Wheel Casting shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spindle shall be machined from Ø 1" stainless steel. The Wheel Hub shall be machined from Ø 3-3/4" high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1702 - Double Slide The Double Slide Spacer shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet Steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Double Slide shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) with an average wall thickness of 1/4". The Double Slide Leg shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded onto a 3/16" plate steel with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded onto a 3/16" steel plate with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1615 - Counter Assembly The Counter Assembly shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Store Panel Counter Bracket shall be precision laser cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1414 1 - Lily Pad Seat-Step Assembly The Lily Pad No Hole shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Step Pad Step Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1249 DDH DGH - Geo-Wave Climber Horizontal The Geo-Wave Climber shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear low density polyethylene with an average double wall thickness of .250". The Geo-Wave Deck Mount Bracket shall be formed from 1/4" thick sheet steel and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Geo-Wave Climber Leg shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 Gauge steel tubing with formed 1/4" thick end tab and will have a multi-stage baked-on powder coating. The Deck Filler shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. 1233 - Disc Climber The Disc Climber Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV protection and color retention. The Disc Climber Disc shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Climber Post shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R3.5 Dome shall be precision die cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1216 - Grip Climber The Grip Climber shall be fabricated from punched and formed 12 gauge sheet steel with a punched hole pattern to provide a variety of attachment points for climbing grips and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Grip Ramp Bracket shall be two-part laser-cut and welded from 1/4" steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Grip Ramp Foot shall be laser-cut from 1/4" steel. The Grip Ramp Foot shall have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Climbing grips shall be one-piece 2-hole and 3-hole precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a Thermal Plastic Coating. The Grip Ramp Foot shall be laser-cut from 1/4" steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1105 - Half Deck Assembly The Half Deck shall be fabricated using punched, formed, and welded 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1101 - Square Deck Assembly The Square Deck shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern. The Decks will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Mounting Blocks shall be two part and precision die- cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks will be Powder Coated as specified.
