The Dock Panels,Ship Panels & Trim shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Ship Jib Frame shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge stand offs, 10 gauge steel end plate, 3/16" thick steel pipe plugs and 3/8" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ship Wheelhouse Bracket shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" thick sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Spring Rider Bracket shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Square Corner Bracket shall be precision cut and formed from 3/16" sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Treasure Chest Top & Side Plates shall be precision cut and from 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Twister Sit Down Side Guard shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge steel mounting tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Vertical Rock Climber Handle shall be fabricated using 1.315 O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plates and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ship's Crow's Nest Frame R5 shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 14 gauge steel mounting plates, 1/4" thick steel tabs, 3/16" thick steel anchors and split collar half and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ship's Crow's Nest Cable shall be made from 16 mm steel-reinforced rope with machined aluminum end ferrules. The Ship's Crow's Nest Support R5 shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel tab and split collar half and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1676 SAIL - Ship Sail R5 The Viking Ship Sail Frame shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 14 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.029" O.D. 11 gauge steel rails, 10 gauge sheet steel tabs and 1/4" thick steel collar bracket and split collar halves and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Viking Ship Sail shall be fabricated using punched 14 gauge sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. R5 1100 - Deck Identification NO SPECIFICATIONS PC 2426 - Alligator Balance Beam The Alligator Balance Beam shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationaly molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Alligator Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 12461 - Cargo Net Climber The 16-Link Galvanized Chain shall be 5/0 galvanized low-carbon steel chain with silver shield finish. The Angled Net Link Deck Connector shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick steel plate with welded 3/16" thick steel anchors and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Rock Step Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1835 - Ship Mast Booms The Ship Boom Long Sail Panels shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Ship's Boom Weldment shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel with a split collar half welded to the end and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Transfer Leg Top Castings and Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1820 - Flag on Post Assembly The Flag shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Mounting Lugs shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and shall have a powder coat finish. The Socket Clamps shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and shall have a powder coat finish. 1232 - Track Climber The Track Climber supports shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Track Climber Treads shall be punched and formed from 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Optional Track Climber Handrails shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. 1209 - Transfer Station The Steps & Decks shall be fabricated from 12 gauge punched sheet steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The Step Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket. The Step Deck Leg will be Powder Coated as specified.
