The Slide Support shall be fabricated of 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing welded onto a 3/16" steel plate with a 5/8" steel rod welded to the base as a footing anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1629 - Accessible Panel Assembly The Chime Set shall be cut from 0.75" O.D. 18 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mosaic Block shall be injection molded using a high durability plastic for optimum thermal and UV stability. The Mosaic Block Axel shall be cut from 0.75" O.D. 18 gauge steel tubing and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Panels, Retainers and Sliders shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Mounting Insert shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy. 1414 1 - Lily Pad Seat-Step Assembly The Lily Pad No Hole shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Step Pad Step Leg shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1410 - Loop Traverse The Loop Traverse 90 Deg. The Loop Traverse 144" R5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1-1/2" x 3" 11 gauge steel supports, 1/2" thick steel tab, and 1/4" thick steel clevises and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Loop Traverse shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1-1/2" x 3" 11 gauge steel supports with 1/4" thick steel clevises and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Log Climber - Deck Mount shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Pivot Deck Bracket shall be fabricated using 1/4" thick steel mounting plate with welded 1/4" thick steel tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1233 - Disc Climber The Disc Climber Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV protection and color retention. The Disc Climber Disc shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of .250". The Disc Climber Post shall be fabricated using 3.5" O.D. 8 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Cap R3.5 Dome shall be precision die cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1216 - Grip Climber The Grip Climber shall be fabricated from punched and formed 12 gauge sheet steel with a punched hole pattern to provide a variety of attachment points for climbing grips and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Grip Ramp Bracket shall be two-part laser-cut and welded from 1/4" steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Grip Ramp Foot shall be laser-cut from 1/4" steel. The Grip Ramp Foot shall have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish. The Climbing grips shall be one-piece 2-hole and 3-hole precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will have a Thermal Plastic Coating. The Grip Ramp Foot shall be laser-cut from 1/4" steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1210 - Vertical Ladder The Vertical Ladder shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel rungs and 1/4" thick steel mounting plate and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1206 - ADA Steps with Walls The ADA Steps shall be fabricated using 12 gauge punched steel with reinforcing cross members and gussets. All surfaces to be Play-Tuff(TM) coated. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1202 - Step Deck Assembly The Step Deck 2 shall be fabricated using punched and formed 12 gauge sheet steel and shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step-Deck Legs shall be fabricated from 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge tube steel welded to a 10 gauge mounting bracket and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1110 1117 ALU - Vertical Deck Filler The Vertical Deck Fillers shall be fabricated from .120" sheet aluminum. The Vertical Deck Fillers will be Powder Coated as specified. 1106 - Half Hex Deck 4 Post Assembly The Half Hex Deck 4 Post shall be constructed using 12 gauge sheet steel which shall be formed and fabricated into required designs and punched with a uniform hole pattern and will be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication.
