The Telescope Swivel Bracket shall be precision laser-cut and formed from 3/16" thick H.R. sheet steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Telescope Lens Large and Small shall be fabricated using .118" thick polycarbonate. The Telescope Disc Spacer Post Mount shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-stability and color retention. The Post Cap shall be precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1824 - Flag on Peaked Roof The Event Hanger Caps & flag shall be made from high density 3/4" thick hot extruded polyethylene sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV stability and color retention. The Peaked Roof Flag Weldment shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel tubing with welded 12 gauge sheet steel base, 3/16" steel plug and 1/4" steel mounting tabs and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Peaked Roof Spire shall be fabricated using 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 12 gauge sheet steel base, 10 gauge steel cap and stainless steel nut and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1821 - Flag On Hex Roof The Hex Roof Flag shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV-Stability and color retention. The Steering Wheel to Post Bracket shall be precision laser cut from 1/4" thick rolled sheet steel with welded 1.660" 11 gauge steel tubing and 1" Dia. machined stainless steel spindle and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Tri Ring shall be precision die-cast from high strength aluminum alloy. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1327 - Curved Access Wall The curved Access Wall shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge tube steel with 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge welded vertical rails and handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Mounting Blocks shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1283 - Matrix Rope Net Wall The Matrix Rope Net Beam RV shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Matrix Rope Net Beam RH5 & RH3.5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel mounting brackets and split collars, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as pecified. The Matrix Rope Net Beam R5 & R3.5 shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 10 gauge steel tubing with welded 1/4" thick steel split collars, 3/16" thick steel anchors, and 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel handles and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Matrix Rope Net shall be made from 16mm teel-reinforced rope with high-strength copolymer plastic intersection onnectors and machined aluminum end ferrules. The Post Anchor Bracket RV shall be fabricated using a 1/4" thick steel mounting bracket with welded 3/16" thick steel anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Post Anchor Bracket R5 & R3.5 shall be fabricated using a 1/4" thick steel split collar with welded 3/16" thick steel anchor and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1248 - Poly Climb Wall The Poly Climb Wall Frame shall be fabricated using 2.375" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with welded 10 gauge sheet steel cross brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Grip Ramp Bracket shall be two part laser-cut and welded from 1/4" thick steel and will be Powder Coated as specified. The Ramp Grip shall be one piece and precision die-cast from a high strength aluminum alloy and comes in 2-hole and 3-hole styles and is finished with a vinyl coating. 1233 - Disc Climber The Disc Climber Cap shall be made from high density 3/4" sheet plastic specially formulated for optimum UV protection and color retention. Each Step and Deck shall be Play-Tuff(TM) coated after fabrication. The Step Rails shall be fabricated from 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge and 1.660" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing and will be powder coated as specified. The ADA Step Walls shall be fabricated using 1.315" O.D. 12 gauge steel railing welded to 1.029" O.D. 14 gauge evenly spaced vertical rungs with welded 1/4" brackets and will be Powder Coated as specified. 1110 1117 ALU - Vertical Deck Filler The Vertical Deck Fillers shall be fabricated from .120" sheet aluminum. The Vertical Deck Fillers will be Powder Coated as specified. 1107 ADP - Curved Deck Climber Adapter The Curved Deck Climber Adapter shall be fabricated using 12 gauge sheet steel.
